מחיקה מתוך האפליקציה (הדרך המהירה)

1. פותחים את אפליקציית Food Pal.
2. נכנסים ל־פרופיל ← הגדרות.
3. מקישים על מחיקת חשבון.
4. מאשרים.

החשבון והמידע נמחקים מיידית ולצמיתות. לא ניתן לשחזר לאחר מכן.

אין לכם את האפליקציה מותקנת? בקשה במייל

שולחים מייל אל foodiepedias@gmail.com מכתובת המייל המשויכת לחשבון (או חשבון Google שאיתו התחברתם), עם הכותרת “מחיקת חשבון”. נמחק את החשבון והמידע תוך 30 יום ונשלח אישור בחזרה.

מה נמחק

• הפרופיל (שם, גיל, מין, גובה, משקל ומשקל יעד, מטרות)
• יומן המזון (כל הארוחות, המנות, הקלוריות והמאקרו)
• יומן המשקל ויומן המים
• יעדי הקלוריות והמאקרו וההעדפות באפליקציה
• חשבון ההתחברות (קישור Google) ומזהה המשתמש

עותקי גיבוי נמחקים תוך 30 יום ממועד המחיקה.

מה עשוי להישמר, ולכמה זמן

• נתוני שימוש אנונימיים (Analytics) — עד 14 חודשים, ואז נמחקים אוטומטית על ידי Firebase.
• דוחות קריסה — עד 90 יום, ואז נמחקים אוטומטית על ידי Firebase Crashlytics.
• קלט שכבר נשלח ל־Anthropic (טקסט/תמונה לזיהוי מזון) — מחוץ לשליטתנו לאחר השליחה. ה־API המסחרי של Anthropic שומר קלט עד 30 יום לזיהוי שימוש לרעה ואז מוחק אותו, ואינו מאמן עליו מודלים.
• רשומות שאנו מחויבים לשמור על פי חוק (למשל רישומי חיוב/מס) — נשמרות רק כל עוד החוק מחייב, ואז נמחקות.

מחיקת חלק מהמידע בלבד (בלי למחוק את החשבון)

• מחיקת כל פריט מזון מהיומן.
• מחיקת כל רישום משקל או מים.
• פנייה אל foodiepedias@gmail.com לבקשת מחיקה של מידע מסוים.

Account & Data Deletion — Food Pal

Food Pal is operated by Za Marketing. Contact: foodiepedias@gmail.com.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Food Pal.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently — this cannot be undone.

No app installed? Request by email

Email foodiepedias@gmail.com from the address associated with your account (or the Google account you used) with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, age, gender, height, weight and target weight, goals)
• Your food diary (all logged meals, portions, calories and macros)
• Your weight log and water log
• Your calorie/macro targets and app preferences
• Your authentication account (Google sign-in link) and user ID

Backup copies are removed within 30 days of deletion.

What may be retained, and for how long

• Analytics events (anonymous usage): up to 14 months, then auto-deleted by Firebase.
• Crash reports: up to 90 days, then auto-deleted by Firebase Crashlytics.
• AI inputs already sent to Anthropic (the text/photo you submitted for food identification): not under our control after sending. Anthropic’s commercial API retains inputs for up to 30 days for abuse detection, then deletes them, and does not train on them.
• Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax/billing records): retained only as long as the law requires, then deleted.

Delete only some data (without deleting your account)

• Remove any food entry from the diary.
• Remove any weight or water log entry.
• Email foodiepedias@gmail.com to request deletion of specific data.
